ADDITIONALLY, WHEN BARK BURNS OFF IT BURNS DIFFERENTLY THAN THE TRUE "WOOD" OF THE TREE. THIS BARK "BURN OFF" CAN ADD AN UNDESIRABLE TASTE TO WHAT EVER FOODS ARE IN THE SMOKING CHAMBER.
REMOVING THE BARK FROM OUR PRODUCTS ELIMINATES ALL THESE NEGATIVES FROM THE PAY OFF AT THE END OF THE SMOKING PROCESS.
